Warranty information


HydraKlick® Product's Limited Warranty:


Solo 8, Solo Mobile and Solo Sleeve

Our products are made to ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of the product. Running Health LLC warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety days from the date of purchase.
This limited warranty does not cover defects from product misuse, product abuse and product alterations.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Running Health LLC be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising out of the use of the product, including, but not limited to, property damage, loss of value of the product, or any third party products that are used in or with the product, or loss of use of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product. Running Health LLC has no liability for any damage or destruction to electronics devices or other personal property that are in the products, including but not limited to, cell phones, MP3 players and/or handheld devices, or any loss of data contained in the foregoing devices.

The HydraKlick® no-hassle Return Policy:

Please return your undamaged product in its original package within 30 days of receipt.  It must include a HydraKlick® issued Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA).  To obtain a RMA number, please contact our sales staff at sales@hydraklick.com.  A copy of the original sales receipt must be included for the returned product.
